In January 2025, Velvet CARE acquired shares of two Polish paper industry companies: Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue. Following the consolidation of their operational activities, the two companies were merged and, since the end of 2025, have been operating jointly as a single, strong entity under the name Private Label Tissue.
Private Label Tissue is Polish company that have been operating in the paper industry for almost two decades.
The plant in Rawa Mazowiecka has 7 converting lines where tissue paper is processed to toilet paper, paper towels and professional products for institutional customers. It operates under IFS HPC quality management system standards and has been granted FSC® (C160919), PEFC (PEFC/32-31-617) and EU EcoLabel certificates for selected products. Velvet CARE, which acquired the plant, is also FSC® (C119667) and PEFC (PEFC/32-31-086) certified.
The second acquisition made by Velvet CARE in history is another milestone of our long-term strategy. The acquisition of Private Label Tissue allowed the Group to significantly increase its converting capacity and strengthen its position in the Central European region. We are building and dynamically developing a strong, diversified and modern organization – the leader of the paper industry in the region.

After the acquisition of the new entitie, the Velvet CARE Group is already in the possession of 4 paper machines and 26 converting lines in three production plants (Velvet CARE in Klucze, MORACELL in Žabčice and Private Label Tissue in Rawa Mazowiecka) with a converting capacity of 210 thousand tons per year. The total employment in the entire Group reaches approx. 1300 employees.
