Developing young talent is an important part of building the future of our organization. This year, once again, many departments across our company opened their doors to students and graduates eager to gain their first professional experience, learn about our industry, and put their knowledge into practice.
During the summer period, from July to September, 16 interns took part in the program, supporting a wide range of areas, including production, engineering, logistics, quality management, occupational health and safety, and investment projects.
What makes us particularly proud is that, for some participants, the internship became the beginning of a longer journey with our company. Four interns have continued their professional careers within our organization.
The next edition of the program will start next year. Throughout the year, we also recruit for selected internship positions.
