We are honored to announce that Velvet CARE has been recognized in the Lidl Fair Pay competition – an initiative that promotes companies committed to ensuring equal pay for women and men. We firmly believe that employees should be compensated based on their skills and abilities, not their gender. We are delighted that our efforts in this area have been acknowledged and appreciated.
Entries for the Lidl Fair Pay Award were evaluated by an independent firm, Korn Ferry, experts in compensation data research, among other things. Three key factors were taken into account: pay equality at the same job levels, the representation of women in leadership positions, and the presence of women in management teams. At Velvet CARE, we give equal attention to all these aspects and promote them each day.
The award was received on behalf of our company by Aleksandra Jankowska – HR Director.
